At just 23 years old, Mike Mankowski founded Mint Capital Group, turning his passion for real estate into a 7-figure house-flipping business. Now at 29 years old and since 2018, he has completed over 400+ off-market transactions, including assignments, full gut renovations, and BRRR projects. Specializing in distressed single-family and multifamily assets, Mike operates in New Jersey and South Florida, consistently acquiring properties below market value and transforming them into profitable investments for him and his investors.
